Just a dinner for two and I am going to be doing a salmon because I'm not great with meat and I feel like salmon is really a lovely elegant thing that you wouldn't normally have at a restaurant so it brings the restaurant home. Then I am going to have a salad on the side; a homemade salad with some homemade yam fries because it is going to be a wonderful color combination. Then next I am going to dress the table, bring in some other elements of the restaurant at home such as cool flower arrangement, a little bread basket perhaps and then finish off with the most decorative desserts, so let's get started.
