"Hi! I'm Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and we have shown you the basic preparation for a 4 ounce Main Lobster tail that we are just broiling in the oven. So we are about to the halfway point so I am going to go ahead and pull him out. As you can see, we are starting to turn white down the middle and such. I told you we were going to re drizzle this guy in some clarified butter which is what we are going to do and to get to this point on the broil setting in the oven on the middle rack. It took about 5 minutes I would so we are going to do them just another 4 or 5 max and it will be a done deal. You want to make sure and just use caution so that you don't dry this out. This is a real nice seafood but Seafood as a whole, the cooking time itself is never that long. It is just a softer protein. It doesn't take that much time to cook. So we are going to go ahead and sew him back in there again for probably another 4 minutes, 5 max and we will come back and show you what the finished product looks like."
