"Hi, I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. We are adding blackberry's in blackberry's. You can use frozen blackberry's, you can actually use red blackberry's or raspberries if you like. Blackberry's are very nutritious. Blackberry's are high in fiber, they have a lot of vitamin C and they really taste good. Lower your flame, blackberry's and blueberries should be part of your daily diet. I eat blueberries probably two-three times a week because they are easier to find than blackberries. Although I do prefer blackberries, I prefer the taste of blackberries they are really quite nice. Also raspberries are another fruit that I like. They are more perishables than the blackberry or the blueberry so you have to be very careful and eat them much faster than what you would either than these other berries. "
