"I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. I want to show you how to get your leaves of rosemary off. You don't want to just sit here and pull it because it will take forever. So what you do is find a clump of rosemary like a stick like this and you pull backwards and it comes off like that in your hand. Isn't that cool? And just keep doing that on these. Rosemary is very very fragrant. They make a lot of different things out of this. They make skin lotion and the oil smells divine. It is really one of the best things to use with poultry. It is one of my favorite seasonings for anything and I even make salad dressing out of this and I love the smell of rosemary. When you are doing this by the way, even if you wash your hands with soap and water, you are going to smell like rosemary all day. It's okay, it smells good."
