"Hi! I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. We've got our grill heated up to about let's see, about 250 to 300 degrees and open it up and we now have our rock cornish game hens, game hens or little tiny baby chickens, whatever you want to call them ready to be put on the grill. So here we go, this one here, this one here. We are putting face down or cut side down first. There is no real reason. It's just that way we'll know what they are. Going to cook about 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Have a beer while you are waiting. All right, let's take a look at our game hens. They are looking good, oh yeah. All right, we are going to flip them. Just turn them over. I am going to let them cook for another 7 to 8 minutes. All right let's take a look as we finish up the grilling up of our cornish game hens. Ah, they look great. Ah yea, we are going to put them in a plate and bring them into the house. "
