"Hi, I'm Mark Alyn and this is Expert Village. We'll put our meat back into the sauce; our fillets are falling apart. You know what that little bit of meat juice put it in the sauce. When you serve this I usually use asparagus on the side or you can put broccoli on the side and serve it with a nice red wine, a Carbenet or Merlot would be ideal. Get it all saucy and it's finished if you can see in there when it just starts to bubble just like that, what a pretty dish."
