"Hi, I'm Mark Alyn and this is Expert Village. Now that the flame is going out we're going to add some Dijon mustard this is not yellow mustard make sure it's Dijon mustard. I add two healthy tablespoons of mustard to the mixture, stir it in there. I'm going to add a little bit more. You want to have a slightly mustard yellow look to this and then now that we done that, we add some chopped chives, stir those in and we finish off with a quarter of a cup of heavy cream. I didn't say this would be low calorie or low fat I said it would taste good."
