"I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village and we are going to continue our preparation of steak Carol but we begin by turning on the flame and turning it on high. We are going to put in about two tablespoons of butter. You are going to find two tablespoons right here on the package and here is two tablespoons right here; there's marks for it. You can cut through it and put it in your hot pan. The idea is to melt the butter, I hate greasy hands, I just hate it. Melt the butter down and that will take just a moment or two. While that is melting, I am going to tell you what we are going to do. We are going to actually fry the steak. Not really, it is really a sauté. Saute is a light fry but we want to get a lot of butter in there. Okay, starting to sizzle up real nice and then now once the butter is melted, we are going to throw in the following ingredients. "
