"I'm Mark Alyn for Expert Village. While our Brussels Sprouts are cooking, let's make the sauce. The secret sauce to make them taste good. First we are going to take about 2 tablespoons of butter. By the way you can tell that 2 tablespoons of butter on the package. It is marked. Just cut into it. I can show you right there. All right, let's start the fire and get that butter nice and melting. It will just take a couple of moments. What this does and what we are really doing is we are going to fry or stir fry the magic ingredients I am going to share with you in just a moment. Get all the butter to melt. Okay so you want your saucepan to have a pool of butter, liquid butter. Liquid butter is all fat, all flavor and if there is any health benefits to these Brussels Sprouts, trust me, they will go away."
