"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make steak with spicy stuffed potato and collard greens with vinaigrette sauce. So we still have about 20 minutes left on the potatoes so I am going to turn my stove onto medium and I am going to put about a quarter cup of water in this pan. You need to let this heat up a little bit and then I am going to take half of my Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and put that in there. I am going to save the other half for after the greens are in. Then we are going to sprinkle in some of our garlic but not all of it; just about half and some onions. Remember I want you to save half of your chopped vegetables because we are going to sautee that for our steak. So put in just a little more of green onions also and we are going to just stir that around and let that cook up a little bit, not a lot, just a little bit and we are going to throw in our greens."
