"Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make steak and spicy stuffed potato and collard greens with vinaigrette sauce. So now that we know what to make this meal, let's start by making our country wine steak sauce. The first thing we are going to do is prepare our country wine steak sauce and the reason we are going to do this first is because it is the quickest thing to make and we can throw it in the frig while we are preparing the rest of the meal. So all we really are going to do is combine all of our ingredients which is our wine, which is a quarter cup of wine actually and quarter cup of our vegetable oil. We are are going to take our ground coarse black pepper and put that in there and our Thyme in there. Then we are going to take a tablespoon and half of A-1 sauce and put that in for good measure. Then we are going to cover it tightly and shake it up. Okay and this is what we are going to use to brush on the steak before we put it in the oven and periodically while it is broiling in the oven, we are going to brush this on the steak. So let's take this and put in frig and let it cool and let's work on our next step. "
