"Hi. This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make Pepper Steak and Pork over a bed of rice. The wine is very important. It's about a half a cup of red wine, this is a Cabronet. Remember how I said the sauce in this is very important? This is going to add a nice touch to your sauce. We're going to put half a cup of red wine in there and we're going to just mix it in and cook it for...now we're pretty much done after the red wine.
