"Hi. This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to make Pepper Steak and Pork on a bed of rice. Today we're going to try something a little different. This right here is called Adobo and this is Spanish seasoning. You can find that in most super markets. If not, you might have to go to a specialty super market if you don't have, but most super markets carry Spanish seasoning. We're going to be using a tablespoon of Adobo in here. Now remember, start lightly with your spices, don't put a ton of it in the beginning because remember you cannot take them out, so add a little bit of spice taste it as it goes on, let a little bit seep in, then taste. If you need to add more spice, then add more spice. Now we're going to try some sasson. Sasson is another Spanish seasoning. They come in packets; once again you can find it in most super markets. These two packets roughly equal a tablespoon. So, we're going to use a tablespoon of sasson in here, we'll just spread it about. Sasson is a great spice; I use sasson in a lot of my dishes. I would definately want you to go out and experiment with some sasson. Now back to some spices you've heard of. Of course, garlic powder, so we're going to put a tablespoon of garlic powder in here. We're going to put two tablespoons of oregano in. A tablespoon of black pepper and a tablespoon of salt. We're going to mix this in, it's simmering nicely, and you see how it's cooking...the vegetables are getting soft as they're cooking nicely and the meat is cooking nicely and the juice, you see the juice here? That's the best part, I'm telling you. Wait'll you taste the juice. Now we're going to add some wine."
