"Hi. This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going make Pepper Steak and Pork over a bed of rice. Now we're ready to make our rice. The reason we're our meat before our vegetables, the meat takes longer to cook, so we're going to let the meat cook for a while and start getting brown and then we'll add our vegetables. So, right now, we're going to throw our meat in, I have it all mixed up here in the same bowl, the pork and the beef, so we'll just throw that in there, and by the way, this juice you're seeing here, we're not going to strain this because the juice is the best part. So when you put it on the bed of rice and then add the juice on top of all that, it gives it a great flavor, so we're going to definately save our juice. It doesn't look like there's much there, but as the meat starts to cook, it's going to release its natural juices, so we're going to have a nice little sauce as an extra bonus. I'm going to add our meat in here. Almost there. We're going to stir that aournd and then we're going to let that cook a bit. As you can see, it's starting to simmer. Just always remember to keep stirring it around. Notice how it's getting brown and mixing the diced tomatoes with the meat. Now if you notice, you see how the juice, we're starting to get more juice, because already the natural juices of the meat are starting to add to the sauce so this is going to be a really, really nice sauce. When you put it on top of your meal it's going to taste really, really good. Now you see it bubbling. We're ready to add our vegetables."
