"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to make pepper steak and pork over a bed of brown rice. Okay let's prepare our beef and our pork. Okay the first thing we are going to do is slice our meat. I intentionally got stew meat because it is already cut so they did most of it, the job for you but we still want them to be a little smaller. Because this is still too big for pepper steak. So just get a cutting board and a really sharp knife and just make them a little smaller. You see how small that piece is compare to this one you see that (I'm sorry) this is about the sizes that we are going to need for our pepper steak. So just take it and cut about 3 times and just drop it in a bowl right here. So just 3 times would be good to this side beef. Actually if you get one a little smaller just cut it twice just like this and that is the perfect size because you don't want the person eating/chewing on the meat like it is gum. You want it small so they can chew it and swallow it and enjoy their meal and they don't have to work. So I'm going to cut these again like this and this is perfect and it will cook easier because it is smaller. We are going to do the same thing with our pork. See these are definitely too big so we are going to cut this and you can mix them together and that is okay cause they are all going to go to the same pot. So just cut them and make them smaller. That is the perfect size for this dish. "
