"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. Okay ready we are going to make our homemade Alfredo sauce. Let's turn on stove on medium. We are going to add our 2 sticks of butter, we are going to let them slowly melt in the pan. Now we are going to add our garlic and our shallots. I like to fry it a little bit before the butter browns turn the stove down to medium low. It is starting to fry so we are going to turn our stove down to medium low. "
