Adding Garlic to Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. As you can see everything is chopped up and ready to go. So now we are ready to cook. Okay let's turn our stove to medium. We are going to throw a little oil in the pan and smooth the oil around. Get it up to the side a little bit so nothing sticks. Then we are going to throw in our garlic then smooth the garlic around. Then we are going to let that cook or brown rather we want the garlic brown before we add our other ingredients. Okay you see it is starting to cook it is not quiet brown yet, just keep stirring it around. You don't want it to stick in the pot so keep stirring until it gets brown. Okay I think we are about ready to add our chicken. "
