"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. Okay let's wash and cut our chicken. Just keep your chicken in the bowl, put some cold water on a just run the cold water or the chicken. You know with your hands just kind of wash them. You can use regular cold water, some people use lemon juice. You know just give it a rinse over. Really simple. When you are done just kind of hold it down and pour the water out. Try to get all the excess water out and you are ready to cook. Okay so just take your chicken breast and for this we want to cut small pieces. You need a really sharp knife and just cut small pieces like so of the chicken breast. This would take you a little while you know cause and you also really need a sharp knife for this. Just try to cut small tiny pieces of the chicken. So here you see our diced chicken, right here I'm going to finish this and then we would move on to the shrimp."
