"Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. We are going to do the same thing with our yellow squash. You are going to cut the ends off. Throw them in the waste and then we are going to gently and slowly peel the skin off. We are going to cut not too thick or not too thin and then we just stack them on top of one another and cut that in half. Throw them in the bowl and we are going to use. Now we are going to do the same thing with our mushrooms just small little pieces. There is really nothing to put in the waste bowl when it comes to mushrooms. We are going to utilize all of them. So now our scallions or green onions we are not going to use the ends. The sprouts or the roots or whatever you want to call them we are not going to use those so we are going to cut those off and put those in our waste bowl. Then just cut little pieces and you can utilize most of this all the way up to the top. Let me get some room here we are just going to put those in our bowl. Now for the onion we are actually going to dice our onions so I'm going to show you. I don't have a dicer so I'm going to show you the poor man's way to dice the onion. Peel the tops off very easy just like so. There is your onions so what we are going to do now is we are going to cut across. Like this and I'm going to turn it and we are going to cut across again. Then we just slice it down and whola we have diced onions. Last but not least our peppers we are going to cut around the stock in the middle and just pull it out. Put that in the waste then we are going to chop those up and we are going to cut like this. Then we are going to just dice them finally. There you have go over one more time. There you have it our red peppers. So I'm going to finish up cutting these peppers then we are going to work on our chicken. "
