"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my chicken and shrimp penne pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce. Always make sure don't forget to wash your vegetables thoroughly. So make sure you give them a good rinse over cause you never know who has been touching them and where their hands has been. Also pesticides there is all different types of factors that you have to think about when you are dealing with food. Just give them a rinse over and you should be okay. Okay now we are going to cut our vegetables. Make sure there is a couple of tools that you definitely need, you want a waste bowl, we want a bowl where we are going to keep our stuff in, our good stuff, you need a cutting board. Make sure you have a couple of different cutting boards because you want to cut your meat and your vegetables on separate cutting boards. We have a sharp knife and we have our peeler. So let's start with the squash, we are going to cut the ends off like so throw that in the waste bowl and then we are going to slowly peel thin layers. Just the skin off the squash, you don't want to dig deep because you will get more squash than skin, then you wasted your money. So let's just really slow, some people like to do it really quick you know I do it really slow cause I want to make sure I do it right. I want to make sure I keep most of the squash cause I paid for it and I want to make sure I get the most out of my money. So let's just get this off the ends just like this. Then we are going to cut them, now we are going to cut not too thin, not too thick just right. Then we want to just cut them in half and throw them in the bowl that we are going to keep. Just pile them on top of one another and throw them, oops I didn't get this one in the bowl. Like so. "
