"Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my Grandma Josephine’s three-layered lasagna. So now we are finally ready to bake our lasagna. Now before you put the lasagna in the oven I want you to take some tinfoil and cover it so the cheese doesn’t burn. So cover it with tinfoil like this and then we are going to poke some holes in the tinfoil and now we are ready to put it into the oven. Okay, we are going to let the lasagna cook for about forty-five minutes to an hour, but ovens vary so I want you to check every fifteen minutes, open up the oven, pull the tinfoil up and look and see how the cheese is melting. If the cheese is stringy, then it is not done yet, but if the cheese is one, one unified layer all melted together then it is done. So keep checking it and we will check back in about forty-five minutes and see how it done. So, I think this might be done, let’s check it. Ah, there we go, you see that? You see it’s not stringy and the cheese is nicely melted and covering the whole thing? That looks really good, I think our lasagna is finally done and there you have it, my Grandma Josephine’s three-layered lasagna. You’ll notice if you look at the layers in the middle you’ll see the mozzarella cheese in there, a lot of lasagnas don’t do that so I suggest that you definitely add mozzarella cheese to the layers. This is good with some garlic bread and a nice side salad, some red wine and you are ready to go so as you can see it was very easy to make. It takes a little while but I guarantee you it is worth the wait. Well thanks for watching, I hope you had a good time and I hope you enjoy making my Grandma Josephine’s three-layered lasagna. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, take it easy and thanks for watching. "
