"Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my Grandma Josephine’s three-layered lasagna. First we are going to line the pan, bottom of the pan with some lasagna, we’re going to make sure that we cover, we don’t, that we don’t see the bottom of the pan. You can use some of the broken pieces for, just to make sure the edges of the ends are covered. Now we are going to add our filling, put that on top, make sure that we spread it evenly. Now remember, don’t put too much in, or a thick layer because we still have to make another layer after this. Here we go, just spread it out a little bit and then we are going to add some sauce, you want to spread this sauce evenly on top of the filling, spread it out evenly and then we are going to add some mozzarella cheese. Just sprinkle it over and mozzarella cheese is my favorite food of all time anyway I love mozzarella cheese. So what we are going to do is spread that around and then repeat, we are going to add the second layer now. Nice little small piece here, looks like we made just enough meat, spread the cheese equally, evenly. Just one more layer of lasagna, now we are going to add our, a little bit more sauce. This is the top layer, add a little right there, now before we add the final topping of cheese we are going to add our sausage. "
