"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make some Cuban style picadillo. This is what it's supposed to look like when it's entirely done. You don't want any juices, any liquid in there. Look how it's reduced itself and it's down low. All you see now is a little bit of the oils, stuff, and gravy. That's okay. It's supposed to look like that. When you put it on your plate over your white rice, stir it good. It's been cooking now for another about 10-15 minutes. Because it's been sitting here for 10-15 minutes on high heat, medium to high heat, it's cooked down like this. It is a pretty fast meal. Like said, you can cook this pretty quickly with your family. Make it really fast dish like this for the kids. You can have a little rice. Some people go ahead and have it with some tacos and stuff. They get created. We don't do it like that, but if you want to go ahead and be creative and they don't want the rice, put some taco shells out and put some meat in there."
