"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make some Cuban style picadillo. Picadillo is traditionally done with ground beef, but my mother has taught be a way of doing it that I just love. I use pork and ground beef. I use the pork that is already cut up or grounded and the beef that is grounded. You can do it yourself. You can buy a piece of pork and a piece of beef, and you can place it in a machine that grinds it down for you and put it all together. You can substitute and do it with turkey if you're on a diet. Some people are on diets and they find out pork is fattening or beef is not good for them and they use turkey. I'm going to use my ground beef and I'm going to use my pork to do this version of Cuban picadillo."
