"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make some Cuban style picadillo. My ingredients for picadillo are going to be green peppers, red peppers, 1 1/2 onion, tomato sauce, season complete, pepper, cumin, oregano, good quality red wine, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and that's pretty much the ingredients. I'm also going to tell you the style of picadillo I'm making. I'm making a Cuban style picadillo, so I'm not just using ground beef, which is the way you usually make it. Everybody makes it with ground beef alone. Some people substitute it, but my mother taught me a special way of making it. "
