"SCHMUEL: Okay. So now we're ready to put this all together. And since this recipe will feed, basically, 8 to 12 people, we're going to use--this is a 9 x 13 casserole pan. And we need to grease it, so we're just using some of our spray canola oil. You can use any type of spray. You can oil it by hand. It doesn't really matter. It should just be greased, so that you'll be able to clean it up easier. And just pour in your mac and cheese mixture. And those lumps, that's our cottage cheese. And that's really going to be nice once it gets heated. It's not going to taste lumpy. It's just going to taste really kind of delicious. And this kind of--it's self-leveling like a good self-leveling concrete. Umm, wow, that's some good stuff, okay. Then on top of that, we have our crumb mixture. We're going to sprinkle that as evenly as possible over this. And I don't know if I told you about preheating your oven to 350 degrees 'cause that's where we're going to bake this at for a half hour till everything gets golden brown and the cheese gets thick and creamy and the topping is crisp and crunchy and brown and delicious. So there we go. This is ready to go in the oven, an incredible macaroni and cheese kosher style. I'm going to put it in the oven. So keep clicking and you'll see what it looks like when I take it out, okay? Keep clicking."
