"We have all of our ingredients and topping together; just mixing it all together. The butter, because it is room temperature and we just kind of used a fork to really mix it up is still kind of in lumps. What I'm going to do, is roll up my sleeves and just kind of go through there with my hands and make sure that everything is mixed together with that butter. This is common for it to do that. Not a problem, just don't be scared to stick your fingers in there. You can really smell all the spices. See how it's just kind of coming together just enough. That's great. So, it's not too dry. It's moist enough, but it's still going to be nice and crumbly. You can really smell the cardamom, actually. Can you see what it's like? Can you see how it's kind of perfect consistency? Just right. This is just about ready. Now, let's put this on top of our berries. Let me grab that real quick. Smells so good. Lemon zest is going to be so perfect on it. I'm just going to take it and just use my hands and crumble it on top. This is going to be fantastic. This is what I want to curl up in front of the T.V. with a great movie, the fire going and come hot berry crisp. Doesn't that sound great? After we have our cream and mac and cheese, that is. Comfort food! I don't think I'm going to need the rest of that topping. That's ok, because I have some more berries so I can use that later. But, I just want to make sure that everything is covered. I'm going to use a little bit more. Make sure you cover everything. Flatten it out. It's going to be perfect. Because, it's so shallow you have a really great ratio between the berries and the topping. Now, this is all covered. We're going to stick this into the oven at 350 degrees. And, we're going to put it in there for 15 minutes and then check on it. Again just like I've been saying all day, bubbly golden brown. That's what we're looking for. Let's get this in the oven."
