"SCHMUEL: Okay. Before we assemble the macaroni and cheese, we want to make a little crusty, crunchy topping for that. And we need matzo milk and parmesan cheese, very simple. You could substitute bread crumbs for this. I like to use matzo milk 'cause that makes it more kosher style. There's a certain flavor to matzo milk that bread crumbs doesn't have. And all we need is a quarter cup in a small bowl here. I'm going to take a quarter cup of grated parmesan cheese. You could also use grated romano cheese. It's a similar flavor. But its very fine grain is similar to the fine texture as the bread crumbs. And just with my fingers, I'm just going to mix it very gently like that, and there it's mixed. And so we're just going to sprinkle this on top of the cheese when we put it all together. And so if you would like to keep clicking, we're going to put the macaroni and cheese together and get it ready for the oven. I think you're going to find this to be one of the most delicious recipes in our kosher-style cooking. So keep clicking, keep clicking. I'm Chef Schmuel. Come on, we're going to go make some more."
