"My cooked pasta and my nice cheesy sauce, nice and thick which I like. There's a little bit of moisture from the pasta shells. We just dump that in there. I think I'll just start eating it now but, we do want that nice baked in the oven taste and look. So, oh my gosh this is so thick and creamy. You see what's going on, see how thick that is? Yummy, oh yeah and I got lots of sauce going on here too. Can you get a good shot of that in there? Oh yeah, look how creamy that is. You know what; there are just a couple of pieces of that shredded cheese that didn't quite melt. Add a little bit more milk. That just might help thin that out just a little bit. So keep that milk on hand just in case you need to do that. But you know what it's cooked in the oven everything in there's going to melt and come together so I'm not worried about a few last pieces of shredded cheese in there. Super thick and rich. I'm sorry; I should taste it you know to make sure it's ok. You know this is for your sake really. Mmmm, you're going to come over and eat this up when we're finished with it. Oh my gosh, it's so good! Ok now you know my motto...a sprayed greased pan means sweet dreams at night. So spray that and apparently everything else to my left. And we're going to pop this down in here. Oh my goodness, look how thick and creamy that is. FANTASTIC...really, again waste not; want not I'm scraping all this cheese off of the bottom of the pan. I'm just going to smooth that out. There we go this is nice and thick, I love it. I like it nice and think. Alright just get all that good cheesy goodness off in there. And I'm going to sprinkle just a little bit more of this parmesan. Again this is really to create that nice golden brown crispy top, that crunchy business we like to see so much. Ok, I'm going to pop this in the oven at 350 degrees and I'm going to check it after about 12 minutes to see how we're doing. We'll even that golden crispy business on top."
