OK let's go over what we need for our mac and cheese to start. Of course, some pasta, some dry pasta shells. Honestly, whatever you want to use, if you really like the corkscrew pasta or if you like the smaller shells, whatever makes your frog jump, that's what my Dad says. I like the large macaroni shells. To me, they are heartier and little more like its homemade, thats pasta shells. Course we need cheese, that our main event. Use whatever cheese you want. I love to mix the cheeses. The more different kinds, the better. I have a cheese blend, actually. This is already shredded, bought from the grocery store. Its mozerello, monteray jack, and cheddar all in it. So thats just going to give a great combination of flavor. I also have some left over parmesan, grated parmesan that I am gonna put a little bit in there with the cheese blend and sprinkle on top for that pretty brown cursty thing on top, so more cheese the better. So I have the blend and the parmesan. We do need a little bit of flour and a little bit of milk. We need some butter of course. Have I made anything at the Baker's Corner without butter yet? It's a sequal. We need a couple spices. We need worchestire actually. We just need a very small amount of this. Its our secret weapon, you wont taste it but it gives a nice kick to it. We need some salt, pepper and ground dry mustard. Fantastic and very necessary. Dry mustard. Let's get started putting all this stuff together.
