"We're going to start with a 3/4ths of a stick of butter put this out, I'll be honest with you, depending on you know I might decide to put more butter, why not a little on the wild side. Just you know in case I see I want a little more liquid in there, I might step it aside for now, start with 3/4ths of a stick. Now we are going to add our flour. Measuring, i need a fourth of a cup, over here I have an eighth of a cup so I'll just put two of those in there, so just a fourth of a cup and this is just to give it a little bit of a thickness so it's not so soupy looking, it's going to make more of a sauce instead of just liquidy stuff and flour is a good thinking and binding agent as well. So I have my eighth, I'm sorry fourth of a cup of flour, let's get that away, with our butter and also let's go ahead and add our Worcestershire Sauce. I need my measuring spoon and we are using a fourth of a teaspoon, so like a said a very very small amount. I'm going to add this in here, just a little bit, okay there we go. Now I want to get this on the stove. I just want to melt this down and bring this together and once its melted and coming together I'm going to remove it from the heat and start adding more ingredients. So let's get this on the stove, medium heat."
