We're going to use a teaspoon of salt, a little bit of cayenne pepper. We're going to use one teaspoon of grated lemon zest. We're going to use a full pound of macaroni. We're using rice pasta, brown rice pasta. I prefer to use it. It's a little nicer than eating all that wheat. We have a half cup of butter, a little bit of flour. We have some jack cheese here and our goat cheese, cottage cheese, just two cups of that, and three tablespoons of olive oil, a quarter cup of matzo milk and a quarter cup of parmesan. It's going to be our topping on top of this 'cause we're going to bake this in casserole style. So these are all the ingredients and now hang on 'cause here we go.
