"LASZLO SZALAI: We fry the fried steak. We seasoned meat before. And the little peas, we fry it until it is nice and red. Then this way, the meat stays bloody. When it is ready, we serve the meal. First, we put the rice in to a cup, for example, and place it on a plate then comes the ragu then the steak. It is delicious. Good appetite."
