"LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Now, we will make the garnish that is rice. We pour some spoonfuls of oil into a pot. We pour the rice into it. Now, this is long rice called jasmine rice. It has a nice fragrance. We stir it and we fry the rice. We keep on stirring the rice and now we add salt and one bay leaf. The bay leaf gets the fragrance out of the jasmine rice."
