"LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. We chop up the vegetables into cubes. We cut out the core again from the paprika. We don't really like the seeds. It can be chopped into bigger pieces. As in Budapest ragu, all these vegetables are visible then they are ready."
