"LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Let's chop up the bacon which we are going to fry later. We chop up the onion. After frying bacon in its fat, we add the finely diced onion onto it. We put these ingredients into separate bowls and put them aside so it will be easier in the kitchen. It's done."
