"I'm Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Beforehand I chopped up some garlic which were stored in oil so as not to get brown. As the stew base is ready, finally, after some cooking we can put the meat, the chicken legs and breast into it. One more important information that the chef cook the legs longer than the breast because the legs are more stringy because the chicken walks on it. Let's taste the dish. It needs some more salt.
