"LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I'm Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Now we add the chopped tomato and the paprika. Actually we make a Lecso base. Now we wait so that the vegetable _____00:35 everyday food. After that we sprinkle it with red pepper and this is how we get that nice, red color which we use to get at all kinds of stews. When the tomato is ready, now I lower the heat. We put the pan aside so then we are sprinkling the red pepper it will get burned. We stir it a little bit and put some water on it and then we put it back on the stove. So when this stew base is ready and we simmer the chicken in that. Let's cook _____1:23."
