"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to teach you how to make a super sandwich. Here she is, our beautiful, super sandwich. It looks great doesn?t it, just about ready to go into the oven. We've prepared all of our vegetables and all our ingredients, made our spread, caramelized our onions, cooked our mushrooms in a little soy sauce and butter, cooked our bacon so it's nice and crisp but still flat and tender, and we assembled it the way I described, with our spread, then our lovely roast beef, and then the veggies except for the lettuce, the onions, the mushrooms and the tomatoes, then over that we put the provolone which is going to melt over everything. Then we add our crisp bacon, the bacon next to the cheese. I'm doing that on purpose, I'm doing all of this intentionally and then we add our leaf lettuce, and it's all in our crusty bread. Now we're going to wrap this in some tin foil. We want everything to melt and to heat up, and the bread to get a little crisp. All the flavors are going to come together. I'm going to pop this into the oven, and I'm going to see you in ten minutes."
