A popular dish in Great Britain (where it is known as a “pasty”) and Australia, the variation closest to the dish we will be making in this video is the “bott boi” or “slippery noodle pot pie” make by the Pennsylvania Dutch. This stew often contains chicken, ham, beef and wild game, but chicken is the main ingredient of the variation prepared in this video series.
