Serve Lime Sesame Shrimp

"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp, two ways. Well, we've finished our sauce and we've finished our shrimp and now it's time to plate our lime sesame shrimp. Here, we have some nice poached haricot vert, which are tiny little French green beans. We're going to take our beautiful, look at that just beautiful sesame shrimp and put it around. It looks nice and crispy and golden and delicious. I'm going to take the sauce that we made, with a little tangerine juice and soy sauce and sugar. I'm going to drizzle the whole thing with a little sesame oil, to echo the sesame seeds, coating the shrimp and then finally we're going to hit it, I like to finish dishes, a lot of times, with a little chopped scallions, for a nice green and crunch and there you have it, our lime sesame shrimp."
