How to Assemble the Caesar Salad

"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna and Caeser salad. We'll we made our homemade Caesar salad dressing with Dijon, garlic, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and an egg yolk. Then I tossed in some of the roman. As you can see that's a little over dressed to me. In other words there was more dressing and it's hard to tell how it's going to coat the lettuce until you get it in there. So I chopped up a little bit more lettuce and that's roman, nice sturdy roman just so that there is not so there's the perfect dressing to lettuce ratio. To finish this Caeser salad we need some Romano and Parmesan cheese, more black pepper, let's toss that around and see how that looks. That's better it looks like it's not so over dressed and I'm going to put a couple of croutons on top, it looks delicious. We're going to put this into chill while we wait for our lasagna to be finished and when we come back, we're going to serve our super lasagna and our homemade Caeser salad."
