"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna and Caesar salad. We're going to make our ricotta mixture (make myself a little room here, take one egg a whole egg yolk and the white and some oregano, salt and pepper, a little bit of cinnamon. Cinnamon or nutmeg right there; you don't need much a little goes a long way, some grated cheese (1/2 cup), and then our ricotta nice and creamy that looks really nice. We are going to fold that together to incorporate the egg and then once we fold it you can see how it looks. I think we're going to add the rest of the ricotta to this or some more ricotta. This is going to be layered in our lasagna along with the mozzarella I think some people skip the ricotta mixture but it's nice and creamy and tangy it really adds something to finished product. When we come back we're going to assemble our lasagna."
