"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna and Caesar salad. Here are some of the pieces of equipment you'll need to make your super lasagna and Caesar salad. You need a pot with a lid. This is nice sturdy stock pot. That will be to sauté our sausage and make our sauce. I also need a lasagna pan. This is great. It's an enamel pan. It's going to go right in the oven. My sharp chef's knife and a couple of pairing knives, some tongs. I'm also going to need a wooden spoon to deal with the sauce that we're going to make. I have a clear glass bowl and a whisk. Now that I've shown these to you, these are going to go right in the freezer. They're going to get nice and cold. The whisk and the bowl, because that's the way to make a really good Caesar salad dressing with a chilled bowl and chilled utensils. When we come back, we're going to talk about the ingredients we'll need to make the lasagna."
