"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some country chicken stew. Well we have our broth simmering with the new vegetables and before we add our chicken to our pot, we want to make sure that our vegetables are cooked through. Let's take out a potato and a carrot because those are the ones that take the longest to cook. I'm going to test them just to see, oh ya very tender so we're going to add that back to our pot and when we come back we're going to steam our dumplings."
