"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make a seafarer's double. Well we sauted our petrale sole and it looks beautiful doesn't it, nice flaky crisp and delicious and we made our dejonaise sauce. Now we're jut going to plate it, this sole looks very nice because it has that extra crunch from the corn meal, add some fresh dill here. We're just going to add some of that delicious it's almost better than a tarter sauce, it's lemon dejonaise it has lemon, dejon, dill, soy sauce and sour cream. That's our petrale sole with lemon dejonaise when we come back we'll serve our seafarer's double."
