"I'm just about finished getting my thin slices of butter on here. I know it looks like a lot but it really isn't that much. I have used about half of stick and you can use less. You can use less butter on this. If you would like it's up to you if you want to make it just a little bit healthier. Really this is a really low fat dish the cherry has very little fat in it, cake mix actually has no fat in it believe it or not. It's actually the butter that we added to the cake mix so I do have a half of stick of butter on here which you can do less. Spray butter that I mentioned a few minutes ago it has little to no fat in it. If you wanted to go that route but also when you think about the scheme of things half of stick of butter and entire dessert that you baked really could be worst. So I have a half of stick of butter on here, I'm going to stick this in the oven at about 350 degrees, it's going to be in there until this starts turning gold and brown on top and it starts bubbling around the edges. That should only take about 12 minutes so we're going to check it at 12 minutes and see and remember you're looking for the nice golden brown and bubbly around the edges. So get this in the oven check on our chicken and rice and soup casserole so see you when this is finished."
