"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make festive chicken casserole with fresh guacamole. Now I'm going to show you the pieces of equipment you'll need to make the festive chicken casserole and fresh guacamole. We have a big nice skillet to pouch the chicken breast in and we're going to add some water and some savory vegetables and pouch our bone in chicken breast. Bone end are juicer so that's why I selected those. I have a pair of tongs, a couple of knives, sharpen chef's knife and a paring knife. I'm using this pineapple knife that I got because it's perfect to slice the tomatoes for the guacamole. Also for the guacamole is a potato masher which we're going to mash it gently not like you would in mash potatoes but a little more gently so we don't bruise the avocado so we do want to mix it up that way. I have a bowl to mix my sauce and a whisk to whisk the sauce and a medium size Pyrex dish and that is what we're going to use to bake our festive chicken casserole. When we come back I'll show you the ingredients you need for that casserole."
