"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make festive casserole with fresh guacamole. Today we're going to make festive chicken casserole with fresh guacamole. This is a really great Tex-Mex combo that you're going to love and it's really easy to do. The festive chicken casserole has some white meat chicken layered with corn tortillas and a lot of cheese, and it has a great no cook sauce that includes sour cream, salsa verde, a little bit of cumin and cracked red pepper, fresh cilantro, and can corn all whisked together. That's the sauce for the chicken casserole. We're going to layer it with the tortillas and the cheese and bake it. It's going to be delicious. Our side accompaniment is fresh guacamole. That's always better than store bought. You make it and you eat it right away and it's delicious.
