on 4/13/2009 Umm...this is supposed to be "Chicken With Ciabatta", NOT "Chicken With Chapatti". This ends up being misleading when directed from a Google search =(

"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today you're going to learn how to make my chicken with ciabatta and sausage stuffing with a side of dressing. So now you'll see, we're back to the trusty old skillet. The cast iron skillet. Inside the skillet we're going to add just a little bit of olive oil and we are going to start making the sauce that we are going to put over the chicken when it comes out. So let?s give it a tilt. Luckily this pan is not really, really hot yet or I would burn myself, it does get really hot. The easiest way to cut prosciutto for this is to just snip it with my kitchen shears, they same that I used for my chicken, I just washed them up and this is going to be the fastest way. I take the whole package which is about five or six slices or so and roll it together and I'm just going to chop it. And the prosciutto is going to give it another layer of Italian flavor, but its going to be in the sauce this time. You're using it in a different way, so once you get it chopped up into the pan, I'm just going to take my shears and go over top of it and I'm not worried about cutting this pan up. It is a cast iron skillet. It could probably make it through a fire, a flood, a hurricane. I don't think you could do anything to hurt these things, so scraping the bottom doesn't matter. And that looks good. Going to give it a flip around the pan with the spatula and this is going to make a really good base for the sauce. The prosciutto is picking up any of the sausage or garlic or vegetable dripping that are left over."
